MS Office Forum / Excel / New Users / December 2005Excel "save as" problem
Please help! All of a sudden, anytime I do a "save as" in excel, it hangs for abou 3 minutes. It then slowly proceeds to let me path to the correc folder. Any ideas? Mike horethm@bellsouth.ne Two things I'd check............see if Excel is doing a Recalc before Save, and see if you have the Autofilter open on a large database......
