I know you can open an .exp file in excell, but if i have a .txt file
can I change it an exp?

*.exp is a saved chat file.
I didn't know Excel could open them.
To open a *.txt file, open Excel, browse to your *.txt file under File>Open
and just open it.
When you save, save as an *.xls file.
