When you try to increase/decrease row height a box appears with a number of
the present size which you can change and it will change the height. Can you
set up the box to allow the set up to be in inches?

I've just looked in Tools | Options and can't find anywhere there where
you might set the units, as you can in many other packages, so I think
not.

measured spacing doesn't always work well....when you set it just the way
you want it, then adjust the fonts or the Scaling....it'll be whacked.
