If your data are
  A                   B                    C                               D
1    Product      quantity         unit price                       total
price
2     Bag           1000                2.1                  $2,100
3     shoes          5000                3.1                 $15,500
4     blanket      8000                4.32                 $34,560
5     jacket          1500               1.8                  $2,700
6     bed sheet   6000               6.8                  $40,800
7     towels        3000                0.23                  $690
============================================
8                                        Total    $96,350

Then you need a total amount of $50.000 (wich is pt in $A$9). The new unit
price for each product must be calculated as follows:

New Unit Price(Product) = NewTotal / OldTotal * Old Unit Price(Product)

So, for example, for new unit price of bag:

=e$1/d$8*c2 (so, =50000/96350*2.1 =>1.09)

and the rest will bee

  A                   B                    C                     D
10    Product   quantity         unit price         total price
11     Bag           1000               1.09               $2,100
12     shoes        5000               1.61              $15,500
13     blanket      8000               2.24              $34,560
14     jacket        1500            0.93                $2,700
15     bed sheet   6000            3.53              $40,800
16     towels        3000            0.12                   $690
============================================
17                               Total    $50,000

Hope this helps
