Whenever I click on the dropdown arrow of the Getting Started Task Pane I
can't figure out how to activate the Template Help Task Pane. So how do you
activate and what does it do?

If you choose File>New, it should open the Template Task Pane. There,
you can select a template from the Recently Used list, or select a
template from your computer or the web.

If you click the drop down arror on the Getting Started Task Pane, right
under the New Document there is a Template Help but it is grayed out. And I
can't figure out what I could do to activate it so that it is not grayed out
so I can see what it does. Have anyone been able to activate Template Help
and if so what does it do?
