How to Move First Row?

Check out Window>Freeze Panes feature for locking rows or columns in view as you
scroll.

Any area above and to the left of your original selected cell will remain frozen
in view.

i.e.  select c3 and Window>Freeze Panes.

Columns A and B and rows 1 and 2 will be frozen.

Hi Chief,

As well as Gord's tip you may also want to take a look at
File>page setup>Sheet tab.
Here you can set how many rows or columns to repeat on each page, so
for printing purposes if your sheet is say five pages, your column or row
headers will print on each page.
