i would like to use the enter key to move from on cell to another, but
at the end of the column i would like to start again on the next row in
colum A.  my sheet that i want to fill out starts in A10 and ends at
I10, then I want to hit the enter key and make start in A11. and so on.

Use the Tab key to move across from A10 to I10.

When leaving I10 hit the ENTER key and you will go to A11
