Grouping\graphing Data

I am having a problem at the moment as i have some data that is i
groups but the groups get bigger or smaller all the time. How can
graph these so that it includes any extra rows in the graph? Usually
would just highlight a load of extra blank rows to cover this but ther
are different groups below them that are not included in the graph.

The short version is i want to know how to graph grouped data.

You may use dynamic named ranges.  There are some examples of that here:
http://www.ozgrid.com/Excel/DynamicRanges.htm
There is not an exact example of what you need, but it may give you some
ideas.
