i have a excel sheet to write some things.10 people have access to it.
now that excel sheet is used by 10 people maybe at the sam
time/simultaneously.

the problem occurs when somebody enters some data, saves it and close
it.
the 2nd person  also wrote something at that time so whatever the firs
person wrote wasnt saved .the order is very important.

hence there is conflict.

what can i do? is writing a macro the only way ? for eg. writing
macro for saving each written entry as well as updating the sheet ever
30 seconds .

kindly help

Indiewolf-

Go to tools -> Share workbook.  There are different settings you can change
to tweak how you would like excel to handle a shared workbook.  Check it
out.
