A simple question requiring a simple answer

When typing in a cell how do I get the text to drop down a line yet stay
in the same cell?

ie.  In word you hit enter and the cursor drops to the next line.  In
excel you hit enter and the next cell is selected.

Pedros, use Alt+enter to get a new line in the same cell
