Adding Decimals

I have a large column of numbers which look like this ;
I can't figure out how to insert the decimal. Have tried formating cell
and have used the FIXED option (which works on the entire page not on
the one column)

79 i acually want to format it as 0.79
79
99
99
89
79
99
89
119  - 1.19
189 - 1.89
279 - 2.79  
109
129
149
79
299

In a seperate cell, enter .10, copy this cell, select the numbers you need
to be changed , then Edit Paste Special, Multuply
