I have a spreadsheet that I need to apply conditional formatting on in
which  I have four values: Over 85
Refused
Surgery
NULL

For the report cell to be coded a certian way, I can not get Excel to
get past three, all this is one format, any suggestions????

You are limited to three.

Use the default formatting for one of the values and CF for the other three
values.

See Bob Phillips' site for an Add-in which allows many more formats.......30
total.
