Is it possible in Excel (2003) to have a LH scale and a RH scale when
charting?

For example, in US terms, a LH scale showing Dow Jones Index (say 9000 -
12000 points) and a RH scale of a particular stock (say MS, $15 - $30) over
a period of time.

Yes, it is possible.

In help's answer wizard type "dual axis"

First hit will be "add a secondary axis"
