hi,
I use Excel and Word 2003 applications.
I have a Excel workbook with many formulas and the results must apear
in a word document.
My problem is that linking doesn't work as i have to insert the results
in some objects created with Equations (to look proper).
Has anyone done such a thing or something similar ??

You can have excel as an object in work, and these articles have details
http://www.glencoe.com/ps/computered/pas/article.php4?articleId=360
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP051901591033.aspx

If you want just to copy the information, not have a link (embedded I think
they call it) try highlighting the cells you want to copy, hold down shift
button, and click on edit in the menu.  A 'copy picture' item appears, which
gives you options as to how it will look in word.

Note - as far as I know these methods also work for excel to powerpoint in
the same way.

Good Luck,
Barbara

I have found that Equations are best made in Word and then copied to Excel
best wishes

AFAIK, no, it is not possible.  If you format an equation "properly,"
i.e., using something like Equation Editor, you cannot get XL to
understand it.  And, in reverse, I don't know of any product that will
automagically take an XL formula and convert it into a properly
formatted equation.  Of course, just because I don't know of any such
product doesn't mean it doesn't exist.  You may want to search google.
