turning off formula bar

I can't remember or find how to turn off the formula bar in Excel 2003? Can
someone help please. This is the bar that displays cell contents up top.

Tools>Options>View tab, uncheck Formula bar

And you can toggle it, off and on, with:

<Alt> <V> <F>
