Hyperlink from Different File to Specified Worksheet

I have 2 Files (File1.xls and File2.xls). Both files have 3 worksheets. How
do I create hyperlink from File1 to File2's Sheet2 worksheet?

set the hyperlink to
c:\\path\file2.xls#sheet2!a1
