How do I get this option avaliable?

I'm trying to insert check boxes on the excel spreadsheet. We have th
entire page laid out, and now we're trying to insert the check boxes
but there is one option unavaliable. When I click format and go t
properties, Move and size with cells is not avaliable, is there anywa
to make it avaliable?

I'm unsure if its possible. Please, if someone can reply asap it'd be
big help!

Use a text box from the Control Toolbox rather than the Forms toolbar.
