CountIF - for cells that have data

I am trying to get a count on cells that have multiple data.  
So, what I really want is to Not Count the empy cells in my totals.

Have you tried the COUNT, COUNTA, or COUNTIF functions?
If they didn't return what you want, then can you share a sample of your
data AND the formulas you've tried. Also, mention what they returned and what
you expected, instead.
