ROFL it's funny.. if Excel actually had some sort of 'procedural' or 'action query' type funcitonality; it might be really really powerful. i mean seriously here.. no coding; but some way to create 'action queries' in excel that would do the simple stuff; copy from range A to range B... copy formuals from range A to a new range on a new page and called it 'range x' Access has this sort of funcitonality; and you don't need to write code. Excel VBA is the most critical threat anywhere in the world; and you fukrs should not rely on it for anything. Doesn't Norton even disable Excel Macros by default? I found an excellent addin for doing what you want to do... Go to: http://www.realezsites.com/bus/primitivesoftware/products.php and look for a utliity called XL Extras.
