How can I sort my spreadsheet by 4 columns.  Do I have to use a macro? If so
does anyone have an efficient macro to sort more than 3 columns?

Hi Dan

Mark your whole block of data, firstly by the 4th, least important
column only.
Then mark the whole block of data again, and sort by the 3 relevant
columns in the order of priority you want.
