Hi,

Tom  3
Bob  4
Ed    2
Jane 1

According to other criteria in a prearranged spreadsheet these four
people ranked one through four this week in a contest.

Is there a way to rearrange their names (adding a new column(s) is
fine) so that they form a column(s) one though four next to their
rankings?

Ex: Using existing criteria in two new columns you would get:

Jane 1
Ed    2
Tom 3
Bob 4

Many thanks as always,

Tom

Select them all and Sort them on the 2nd column. Or am I missing something?
