Is it possible to lock some cells so that they do not refresh?
I am using Randbetween to generate a starting order for a race.
and use other formulas to advance the winners to the next bracket.
I need to lock out the starting order so that it does not refresh as the
winners advance.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
