Cross-referencing capability in Excel

Is there any way to cross-reference a section of an Excel worksheet so
that you can jump to that section merely by clicking on the pertinent
link?  I know MSWORD has this type of cross-referencing capability, and
I use it extensively.

Check out Hyperlinks. They can be used in sheets or bookmarks in Word
documents...
