what processor speed, hard disk drive size, RAM size and other
configurations is good for learning VB6 programming. Please, HELP!

You don't need a high end computer to run VB6.  You can get a basic setup (2
GHz processor, 60 GB Hard Drive and 256 MB RAM) from Dell for about $400.
Anything capable of running Windows XP is enough for VB6.
