Hi,

Can anyone tell me if there is a keyboard shortcut to change the contents of
a cell from positive to negative and vv.  Eg.  +2134 to -2134.  Especally
for monetary values.

TIA

Hi

No keyboard shortcut, but if you enter -1 into a spare cell, then copy
that cell.
Mark any range of cells where you want to convert from positive to
negative and Paste Special>Multiply.
