You have American politicians to thank for this stupidity. We vote only for
the best!

I very much suspect that the room temperature IQ denizens of the
lower house have succeeded in impairing the functionality of
watches with built-in DST adjustment, probably even those that
get a time signal from Fort Collins.

Don't insult room temperature by comparing it to politicians!

Luckily, I live in Arizona, which does not observe DST, except for the
Navajo Nation, which extends into three states. So, DST? We don't need
no stinking DST! Personally, if you have to have a "law" that sets
your clock for you know you need to get up earlier in the spring and
summer to tend your crops, you're growing the wrong damn crop! What a
stupid idea this daylight savings crap... if people were permitted to
use common sense, they'd be a lot better off. :/ Oh, God, my puppie
poo'd on the floor... what do I do now? Simple, clean it up or walk
around it. LOL

I don't use Vista, but there are changes for Outlook (I don't remember the
versions) at that site that may be required.

I heard if this doesn't work, saving energy and all, they are going to change
back in a few years... More job security for the IT Guy!
