Excel 2003 -- header row sorting

I have a coworker using Excel 2003 that has a shared workbook. Everytime she
sorts the data she has to select header row so it doesn't default to header
row instead to no header. How do I fix this? (when I open the workbook and
sort it, it retains the header row selection)
