Icon Colors

I just installed Office 2003 and I want to change the color of the icon that

You do not change these colors without changing the Windows color scheme or
theme.

Is there a particular item in the advanced appearance list that controls this
color.  I tried the standard windows theme and of course it changed but I
prefer the XP silver so I need to know if there is a specific item that
controls the cell identifier?
