Hi, Can we rename a range name? if yes, How? Is there a site where I can read more about it? To rename a range- Highlight the cells to be named Click on <Insert><Name><Define> Type in the name and click on <OK> To delete the extant name- Click on <Insert><Name><Define> Highlight the name to be deleted Click on <Delete> For additional reading click on F1 and type in define Regards. Click the delete button. click ok. on the menu bar... Insert>Name>Define. Rename the still selected range. Excel 2007 doesn't have a menu bar. But it supports Excel 2003 keyboard sequences mimicking KEYBOARD use of the Excel 2003 menu. Thanks, Harlan. That worked. It also gave me the clue I needed.
