There is a weird problem that I have to deal with. A particular user
of a shared workbook (between 8 people or so) is  having difficulty
opening it using Excel 2003. It seems to render properly, and then
crashes, with the window that asks whether to send the crash report to
Microsoft.
It doesn't seem to be tied to a particular machine. The user can
trigger this crash on multiple computers, and my own account (which
doesn't say a lot cause I have admin rights) opens the file properly.

Anyone experienced something like this?

The user may not have access permission to the folder in which the
workbook resides.
