Reselect a Chart using only the keyboard

I'm attempting to tutor a blind student.

Is it possible to reselect a chart using only the keyboard.

F5 then Alt/S, then Alt/b, then maybe tab if there are more than one chart
or object.

Thanks for the reply, Bob.

This is a good start. Doing this allows me to move the chart, but does not
allow me to do any editing or make appearance changes to the chart.

Any more tips?
