We are running Exchange 2000 / Outlook 2003. After staff realignment, we
have an assistant who no longer reports to a manager. The manager has
removed the assistant from her calendar shared list.  Now when the manager
sends a meeting request to various attendees, the assistant is not notified
in any way.  However when anyone invited to the meeting responds with an
acceptance or rejection to attend the meeting, the assistant receives a copy
of that response. I've looked in the manager's and assistant's rules and
alerts and calendar settings, however I cannot find any setting that would
be forwarding responses on to the assistant. I'm just not sure if the
forwarding is happening on the client machine on on the Exchange server,
though the client outbox does not have a record of the forwarded message.

Can anyone please point me in a possible direction to change this as the
manager is concerned that private information might well be forwarded when
it should not be shared?

Thank you,
John

This is an Excel newsgroup - I think you have posted here by mistake.

I did post this in the wrong group.  I'll post to the correct one.

I'm sorry about that.
