Can someone tell me if i can still use the form feature to insert rows in a
database in Excel 2007?

Hi

The old shortcut of Alt D O still works to bring up the data Form.

If you want it as a menu item you will need to add it to the QAT (Quick
access Toolbar)
Round Office button>Excel Options>Customise>All Commands>scroll down to
Forms>Insert>OK
