What is wrong with this format?

Hi!

[<-1000]-##0E+0;[<=-1]-##0;[<0]-##0E+0;[=0]0;[<1]##0E+0;[<1000]##0;##0E

After my eyes and braind went blind trying to debug the above format,
I decide to ask around...

I am basically trying to have a nice engineering format, eg:

  -12E+3,  -300,  -12E-6, 0, 14E-3, 50, 500, 1E+3, 12E+3, 14E+6

There's a limit of how many of those categories you can use (IIRC, it's 3).
