How do I make chart data labels appear in thousands, for example, 330
instead of 330,143?

Right click on a number
Format data labels
Number
Custom
Under Type paste: #.##0.
Than you can perhaps add #.##0.,0 if you want to add one decimal...her
you can experiment what you would like as you have live priview above
