I have a problem with "if between two dates".

I looked at your sheet and I came up with the following formula:

=IF($B$14<C19,"Too Late",IF(AND($B$14>C19,$B$14<C18-1),"Exit Now",IF($B
$14>=C18,"Not Yet",FALSE)))

I had a bit of trouble understanding your question but I think this is
what you wanted.
