Yes, if you have it saved as a picture.
Select, "File","Page Setup".
Select the "Header/Footer" tab.
Select "Custom Header"
Select where you want the logo, "Right, Center, or Left".
There will be several icons to chose from, chose wisely."
Just kidding, The icon that looks like a mountain and moon with a yellow
background.
Then you just have to point it to where you saved the logo.
It will take some editting to get the effect that you want, good luck.

This wasn't introduced until version 2002. I copy the logo to the top
of the sheet and then in File | Page Setup | Sheet tab adjust the
lines to print at the top of the document (if you want it on every
page).
