FileSearch gone in XL2007?

I don't have it but just heard this. Really? If so, then to build a list
of files in multiple directories, would we be required to devise a
recursive blend of chdir and dir?  Or DIR c:\{somespec} /S > foo and
import foo?!

Yes it is gone, It was flaky and presumably they decided not to invest
anymore in  it.

Dir will do it, or you can use FileSystemObject.
