Hi,
I have posted this 2 days ago but didn't see it in group! don't know Why?
Posting for second time.

Two workbooks (of different names) that has the same worksheets with the
same names. Adjustments in formulas were made to one worksheet in book1.
Instead of dowing the same adjustment to the same sheet in book2. I thought
of copying that sheet only to the second workbook.
No matter what I tried, I had the following error message:

"You may not use references to other worksheets or workbooks for data
validation criteria"
Any ideas???
