I'd like to "unlink" a spreadsheet from the formula's.  I have a spreadsheet
that references other spreadsheets but I'd like to break all the links at
once.  Is there a way to do this?

Select all the cells, use Edit / Copy, then without changing the selection use Edit  /  Paste
Special....  Values.  That will convert all formulas and links (even intra-sheet links) to values.
