Update Graph Data Automatically

I have a sheet with data and graphs - e.g. below shows one set of data -  of
the last 14 fortnights
14-Mar    28-Mar    11-Apr    25-Apr    9-May  etc..............
4    6    5    2    6
1    0    0    1    0
25%    0%    0%    50%    0%

Below each set of data I have a graph and additional information which I
copy into a Powerpoint presentation.  Because of the presentation layout I do
not want to have the graphs in a different worksheet.

How do I update - this data automatically.  i.e. for my new fortnight I am
currently copying each set of data say 28 Mar - 12 Sep to 14 Mar cells and
changing the date in the last column eg. 12 Sep to 26 Sep.  I cant just copy
columns in this spread sheet because some of the cells with additional
information are merged.

Hoping someone can advise and thanks in advance.

I have now managed to record a macro to do this.  Don't know how to delete
this post.

It will go away so don't be concerned.

Thanks for the feedback.
