Hiding standard tools.

If I take out the formatting and standard tools also tabs at the bottom of
the page and then save it. If I now email this to someone will their copy
show the same when it is opened or will it depend on how they have `set`
their excel, in other words will it reveal what I have tried to hide.

They'll see what they have set.

As far as I can tell it will show how they have set their excel
instances.
