I have a quick excel question - do you know how to clean up duplicate
entries in an excel spreadsheet - is there a function available on excel to
do this?

You could use Data>Filter>Advanced Filter to filter for unique items only.

Or you could highlight/flag the duplicates and remove.

You could also go to ASAP.com for the free ASAP add-in which, among many
other utilities, has a quick, convenient way to highlight duplicates.
