Office 2007 Excel - unable to unhide columns

I created a small spreadsheet using excel 2007. I then hide columbs C
D E H and I. I am not able to unhide these columns using the commadn
Format , Visibility, Hide & Unhide, Unhide Columns.

I did import the file into Access and then make to Excel but I still
want to unhide the columns in Excel.

Any suggestions?

Are you selecting Columns B-J first?
