REMOVE THE ALPHABETS AND NUMBERS FROM WORKSHEET

I GET UP A FOOTBALL POOL CHART USING EXCEL. BUT I DON'T WANT THE ALPHABETS
SHOWING AT THE TOP OF THE WORKSHEET AND I DON'T WANT THE NUMBERS SHOWING
EITHER. I WANT TO REMOVE THEM BOTH FROM THE WORKSHEET

First, please don't post in capitals. This is considered as shouting. It
also makes the post more difficult to read.

Second, you can remove these by going to Tools > Options > View tab and
unchecking Row & column headers.
