I am running Excel 2007 with Office but I want to have the feel of Excel
2003.  Is this possible?

If you mean you want the Excel 2003 user interface, then the answer is
no. Microsoft expended a lot of $$ and resources to give you a brand
new UI you didn't ask for and don't want, so shut up & use it!

It is a training issue with some of my clients.  They do not like having 2
different interfaces.

There are several add-ins available. For a while I was using Toolbar Toggle
(then I got used to the XL2007 ribbon)  and quite like it. Find Toolbar
Toggle at http://www.toolbartoggle.com/

For others, do a Google with: excel add-in toolbars 2007
best wishes
