Hi Folks,
I have Office 03 all updated. I have a file with columns of data which has
the first row of the sheet as headers for the columns of data. Basically, I
need to take this top to bottom organization and make it left to right
instead. Is there a way to do this easily in Excel? I want to take my
veritcally organized data and change it to horizontally organized is the
nutshell version. Thanks!

Matt

You are limited to 256 columns in XL2003 (minus, of course, the
columns you are already using), so you can only do this if you have
fewer rows than this number:

Highlight all your data (including headings) and click <copy>, then
move the cursor to the right so that it is not in the current data
area and click Edit | Paste Special | Transpose (check) | OK then
<Esc>.

Your data should now be arranged as you want it, and you can delete
the original columns.

Hope this helps.

Pete
