Email a worksheet in Vista

How can I email one worksheet from a workbook in Vista?   In XP it
asks if you want to send the whole workbook or the sheet as the body
to an email.....  I want to sent a sheet as the body to an email.....
help please

You must add this option to the QAT

Thanks Ron...   Gord the link provided here by Ron seems to be what I
am looking for.  I will take a look at the machine with the 2007
version and see if I can follow the instructions without causing a
major fault or failure.....

I assume you mean Excel 2007, not Vista.

Vista is an operating system and has no relation to Excel or Office
applications.

I did absolutely Gord.....   so is there a way to accomplish this in
Excel 2007?
Sorry about that little brain burst.....  when you deal with so many
software programs and upgrades on various different machines like I do
it only takes one blonde hair to get in the way of thinking and after
I had posted and was driving home I did the usual "oh you silly thing,
now how stupid are you looking this time....."  Oh well at least it
makes me laugh at myself from time to time.....
