Thanks for that Don, but what if you have multiple areas in a spreadsheet for
instance sales, costs, and overheads. You cannot filer multiple selections
in a sheet.

sales
apples 100
bananas 50
pears 0
oranges 10
(another section of sheet - few rows down from the above)
costs
staff 75
materials 10
phone costs 0
light cost 5
i am after hiding the zero values for sales aswell as the costs, thanks Don.

Then why can't you just filter by 0 and sales??
