I am attempting to look up values in spreadsheet a from spreadsheet b.
When I hit enter it does not calculate and displays the formula itself
in the cell, i.e. (=vlookup(a2,sheetB,3,false). I've used vlookup from
spreadsheet B before and it worked. Any ideas?

Format the cell as General *and* re-enter the formula (F2, ENTER)
